United Drywall offers a full suite of drywall related services to its customers. United Drywall specializes in doing new home construction. We also do construction in multifamily units and can readily assist you with developing your garage or basement. Furthermore, United Drywall has the skills necessary to work on light commercial projects.

New Home and Multifamily Construction

New home construction is the primary focus for United Drywall. Over the past 35 years we have worked on every possible type of home ranging from the 900 square foot bungalow to the 15,000 square foot custom home. United Drywall continues to service many of the top residential builders in the city with some relationships dating back to the inception of the company.

United Drywall has also been involved in multifamily construction since the beginning of the company. Projects include apartments, condominiums and duplex units. United Drywall is very familiar with the unique fire codes and requirements so that the building will meet or exceed all the necessary standards.

Basement and Garage Development

United Drywall continually finishes basement developments whether it occurs with a new home construction or on its own. All of the same options and finishes are available in the basement development as are available in the rest of the house.

United Drywall is also capable of developing your garage. Garage developments are a way to maintain a certain level of comfort, especially in the winter. By insulating the walls and ceilings, there will be a noticeable improvement to the warmth of the garage. The garage can then be finished off so that it can be painted or it can be left with just the drywall joints.

Light Commercial

United Drywall is equipped to handle all types of commercial construction. We have the skilled labour to build steel stud walls, drop ceilings and construct suspended ceilings. The many projects we have worked on include office renovations, retail buildings and warehouse partitions.
