United Drywall stands behind its workmanship and show a commitment to the homeowner by providing our customers with a three year warranty, which goes far beyond the industry standard of one year.
We at United Drywall have found that not all homes have finished settling, nor building materials finished shrinking, in the regular one year warranty period. the result is drywall imperfections that appear after the drywall repairs have been completed. Also, most homeowners have no intention of repainting or redecorating their home within a one year period and would prefer to wait to paint repaired walls.
Therefore, in an effort to better serve our customers, we have extended our warranty to three years. Please take advantage of our extended warranty which we will provide for you in writing.
Service Staff
United Drywall maintains a skilled and friendly service staff to meet the needs of homeowners after they move in. This process begins with Heather, our service coordinator, who will schedule appointments at the homeowner’s convenience.
On site service is then accomplished by our group of service technicians, who have years of experience in servicing and repairing drywall.
